How it works
- You tell us which rooms are to get which covering.
- On-site visit: we check the existing substrate.
- Delivery: removing the old covering if needed, levelling the substrate, laying the floor.
- Joint inspection and handover.
Frequently asked questions about Floors
Does the old floor covering have to come up?
That depends on the substrate. We check it at the on-site visit; where necessary we take care of removal and levelling before the new covering is laid.
What does levelling mean?
Levelling means evening out unevenness in the substrate so the covering lies flat. Without this step, dips show through in the finished floor later on.
Do you lay flooring in individual rooms only?
Yes. Individual rooms are just as possible as the flooring for a whole flat.
