Both. Whether it is a single trade or a full renovation — electrical work, plumbing and heating, and interior fit-out all run through one contact person here. You do not have to coordinate three separate firms.

We deliberately avoid flat rates: the effort depends on the condition, the size and the standard you want, and a number pulled out of thin air would not help you. The on-site visit is free; afterwards you receive a quote in which every item is listed separately. Feel free to tell us your budget — the quote will then show what fits within it and what does not.

Usually within three to five working days after the free on-site visit. If it takes longer because we are waiting on supplier prices, we will let you know in advance.

That depends on the scope: a single trade is done considerably faster than a full renovation, and the condition of the building fabric plays its part. We give you a reliable timeframe after the on-site visit — a general figure in weeks beforehand would be guesswork.

Once the quote is approved, we agree a realistic schedule together and keep you informed as the work progresses. When we can start depends on our current workload: tell us your preferred date with your enquiry and we will clarify at the on-site visit whether it can be met.

With individual trades, usually yes. During a full bathroom renovation the bathroom cannot be used while the work is going on — that is the point most often underestimated. We set out in the schedule beforehand what will be unavailable when, and when the water or electricity has to be switched off briefly.

We do. Strip-out, gutting and proper disposal — old sanitary fittings included — are part of our services. Skips and disposal appear as separate items in the quote rather than disappearing into a lump sum.

Replacing a heating system is supported by the German federal funding programme for efficient buildings (BEG). Timing is decisive: the application and the order have to be made in the right sequence, otherwise the funding is lost. Programmes, rates and conditions change regularly — only the information from KfW and BAFA and from your energy consultant is binding. Tell us early that you are planning to apply and we will take it into account.

Replacing windows counts as an individual energy-efficiency measure on the building envelope and is generally eligible. The windows have to meet the required minimum technical values and the application has to be submitted in time; as a rule an accredited energy efficiency expert must be involved. The funding body will tell you which values currently apply — we adapt the installation accordingly.

We decide that together. We suggest suitable products for each trade and state the brand and type in the quote, so you can see what will be installed before you place the order. If you have your own preferences or have already bought something, we discuss it at the on-site visit.

Our work carries the statutory warranty; the period depends on the type of service and is set out in the contract. Installed materials additionally carry the manufacturer's guarantee where one is given. If something comes to light after handover, get in touch — we will take a look.
