Does the whole façade have to be done if only the windows are replaced?
No. Window replacement and façade work can be commissioned separately. Whether doing both together makes sense is something we discuss at the on-site visit.
Does a conservatory or balcony need planning permission?
That depends on the individual case – on building regulations, the plot and the existing structure. We raise the point at the on-site visit so that it does not surface shortly before the work starts.
Do you work outside Lünen as well?
