Frequently asked questions about Flooring
Does the old floor covering have to come up?
That depends on the substrate. We check it at the on-site visit; where necessary we take care of removal and levelling before the new covering is laid.
What does levelling mean?
Levelling means evening out unevenness in the substrate so the covering lies flat. Without this step, dips show through in the finished floor later on.
Do you lay flooring in individual rooms only?
Yes. Individual rooms are just as possible as the flooring for a whole flat.
